Semi-permanent[edit]

Does semi-permanent mean the building itself is not durable or that it is used seasonally? I was wondering about adding the modern building camp as in a hunting camp in the article cottage which is occupied temporarily by hunters or even lake houses where people go during the summer months, sometimes a second home.
